He was most recently the Vice President and General Manager for the Rochester mine in Nevada owned and operated by Coeur d'Alene Mines Co. He has over 31 years of mine management and explosives industry experience, including 11 years with Cyprus Minerals including five years as Resident Manager of the Yellowstone Talc Mine near Ennis, Montana and two tours of service at Thompson Creek. |

He is a mining engineer with 29 years of experience in mining and mining environmental affairs, and is one of the key personnel assigned to the permitting of the Idaho Cobalt Project. Mr. Parrish brings with him specific experience in mine permitting and environmental analysis, and worked with the Salmon National Forest to prepare the Environmental Impact Statement for the Beartrack Mine. He is knowledgeable in all technical, regulatory, and public affairs aspects of mine permitting. |
